Eurocode 1 - Actions on structures Part 1-6: General actions - Actions during execution
EN 1991-1-6 provides principles and general rules for the determination of actions which should be taken into account during execution of buildings and civil engineering works.
NOTE 1 : This Part of EN 1991 may be used as guidance for the determination of actions to be taken into account for different types of construction works, including structural alterations such as refurbishment and/or partial or full demolition. Further guidance is given in Annexes A1, A2 and B.
NOTE 2 : Rules concerning the safety of people in and around the construction site are out of the scope of this European standard. Such rules may be defined for the individual project.

EN 1991-1-6 also gives rules for the determination of actions which may be used for the design of auxiliary construction works as defined in 1.5, needed for the execution of buildings and civil engineering works.
NOTE Design rules for auxiliary construction works may be defined in the National Annex or for the individual project. Guidance may be found in the relevant European standards. For example, design rules for formworks and falseworks are given in EN 12812.

(1) EN 1991-1-6 podaja načela in splošna pravila za določitev vplivov, ki jih je treba upoštevati med
gradnjo stavb in gradbenih inženirskih objektov. OPOMBA 1: Ta del EN 1991 se lahko uporabi kot navodilo za določitev vplivov, ki se upoštevajo pri različnih vrstah gradbenih del, vključno s konstrukcijskimi spremembami, kot so obnova in/ali delno ali popolno rušenje. Nadaljnja pravila in navodila so dana v dodatkih A1, A2 in B. OPOMBA 2: Pravila v zvezi z varnostjo ljudi na gradbišču in v njegovi okolici niso del področja uporabe tega evropskega standarda. Ta pravila se lahko določijo za posamezen projekt.

(3) EN 1991-1-6 podaja tudi pravila za določitev vplivov, ki so lahko uporabna za projektiranje pomožnih gradbenih konstrukcij, kot je določeno v 1.5, potrebna za gradnjo stavb in gradbenih inženirskih objektov. OPOMBA: Pravila za pomožne gradbene konstrukcije so lahko določena v nacionalnem dodatku ali za posamezen projekt. Navodila se lahko najdejo v ustreznih evropskih standardih. Na primer, pravila za opaže in odre so dana v EN 12812.

Standard SIST EN 1991-1-6 (sl), Evrokod 1: Vplivi na konstrukcije – 1-6. del: Splošni vplivi – Vplivi
med gradnjo (vključen popravek SIST EN 1991-1-6:2005/AC:2008), 2005, ima status slovenskega
standarda in je enakovreden evropskemu standardu EN 1991-1-6 (en), Eurocode 1 – Actions on
structures Part 1-6: General actions – Actions during execution, 2005-06, in popravku EN 1991-1-
6:2005/AC:2008.
NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR
Evropski standard EN 1991-1-6:2005 in njegov popravek EN 1991-1-6:2005/AC:2008 je pripravil
tehnični odbor Evropskega komiteja za standardizacijo CEN/TC 250 Konstrukcijski evrokodi. Slovenski
standard SIST EN 1991-1-6:2005 s popravkom SIST EN 1991-1-6:2005/AC:2008 je prevod
evropskega standarda EN 1991-1-6:2005 in popravka EN 1991-1-6:2005/AC:2008. V primeru spora
glede besedila slovenskega prevoda v tem standardu je odločilen izvirni evropski standard v
angleškem jeziku. Slovensko izdajo standarda je pripravil tehnični odbor SIST/TC KON Konstrukcije.
Odločitev za izdajo tega dokumenta je dne 11. oktobra 2005 sprejel SIST/TC KON Konstrukcije.
ZVEZA Z NACIONALNIMI STANDARDI
V standardu SIST EN 1991-1-6:2005 pomeni sklicevanje na evropske in mednarodne standarde, ki je
vključeno v ta evropski standard, sklicevanje na enakovredne slovenske standarde, npr.: EN 1991-1-6
pomeni SIST EN 1991-1-6.
V skladu s standardom EN 1991-1-6:2005 je bil pripravljen tudi nacionalni dodatek k standardu SIST
EN 1991-1-6:2005. Nacionalni dodatek vsebuje alternativne postopke, vrednosti in priporočila za
razrede z opombami, ki kažejo, kje se lahko uveljavi nacionalna izbira. Zato nacionalni dodatek SIST
EN 1991-1-6:2005/A101:2008 vsebuje nacionalno določene parametre, ki jih je treba uporabiti pri
projektiranju stavb in gradbenih inženirskih objektov, ki bodo zgrajeni v Republiki Sloveniji.
