This European Standard specifies requirements for Guarantees of Origin of electricity from all energy sources and of gaseous
hydrocarbons, Hydrogen, and heating & cooling.
This standard will establish the relevant terminology and definitions, requirements for registration, issuing, transferring and
cancellation in line with the RED and Cogeneration.
This standard will specify how to create accounts and associated ownership rights.
This standard will also cover measuring methods and auditing procedures.
These Guarantees of Origin may be traded and/or used for Disclosure/Labelling.
This standard is suitable for certification purposes.
This standard will specify the requirements on the issuing bodies and on the auditing bodies.

Dieses Dokument legt Anforderungen an Herkunftsnachweise für Strom, mehrere gasförmige Energieträger sowie Wärme und Kälte fest. Dieses Dokument schreibt die maßgeblichen Begriffe und Definitionen fest sowie die Anforderungen an die Registrierung, an die Ausstellung, Übertragung und Entwertung von Herkunfts
nachweisen im Einklang mit den folgenden Richtlinien: Erneuerbare-Energien-Richtlinie (2018/2001/EU), die Richtlinie mit gemeinsamen Vorschriften für den Elektrizitätsbinnenmarkt (2019/944/EU), die Richtlinie über Energieeffizienz (2012/27/EU) und andere einschlägige Rechtsvorschriften der Europäischen Union. Dieses Dokument umfasst außerdem Mess- und Auditverfahren.
Die Anerkennung von Herkunftsnachweisen durch die Mitgliedstaaten ist nicht Gegenstand dieses Dokuments.

Le présent document spécifie les exigences concernant les garanties d’origine de divers vecteurs énergétiques gazeux d'électricité, du chauffage et du refroidissement. Il établira la terminologie et les définitions pertinentes, ainsi que les exigences d’enregistrement, d'émission, de transfert et d'annulation des garanties d’origine, conformément aux directives suivantes : la Directive sur les énergies renouvelables (2018/2001/UE), la Directive concernant des règles communes pour le marché intérieur de l'électricité (2019/944/UE), la Directive relative à l'efficacité énergétique (2012/27/EU) et autres législations pertinentes de l’Union européenne. Le présent document couvrira également les méthodes de mesurage et les modes opératoires des audits.
La reconnaissance des garanties d’origine par les États membres ne relève pas du domaine d'application du présent document.
