Personal fall protection equipment - Lanyards
This European Standard specifies the requirements, test methods, marking, information supplied by the manufacturer and packaging for lanyards. Lanyards conforming to this European Standard are used as connecting elements or components in personal fall protection systems (i.e. restraint systems, work positioning systems, rope access systems, fall arrest systems and rescue systems).

Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen, Prüfverfahren, Kennzeichnung, Informationen des Herstellers und Verpackung für Verbindungsmittel fest. Verbindungsmittel nach dieser Europäischen Norm werden als verbindende Einzelteile oder verbindende Bestandteile in persönlichen Absturzschutzsystemen (d. h. Rückhalte-systemen, Arbeitsplatzpositionierungssystemen, Systemen für seilunterstützten Zugang, Auffangsystemen und Rettungssystemen) verwendet.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences, les méthodes d’essai, le marquage, la notice
d’information du fabricant et l’emballage des longes. Les longes conformes à la présente Norme européenne
sont utilisées en tant qu’éléments ou composants de liaison dans les systèmes de protection individuelle
contre les chutes (c’est-à-dire les systèmes de retenue, les systèmes de positionnement au poste de travail,
les systèmes d’accès au moyen de cordes, les systèmes d’arrêt de chute et les systèmes de sauvetage).

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve, preskusne metode, označevanje, informacije, ki jih priskrbi proizvajalec, in pakiranje za vrvi z zaključno zanko. Vrvi z zaključno zanko v skladu s tem evropskim standardom se uporabljajo kot povezovalni elementi ali sestavni deli pri osebnih varovalnih sistemih za zaščito pred padci (tj. zadrževalnih sistemih, sistemih za zaustavitev pri padcih in reševalnih sistemih).
