Plastics piping systems for hot and cold water installations - Chlorinated poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-C) - Part 7: Guidance for the assessment of conformity (ISO/TS 15877-7:2018)

This part of ISO 15877 gives guidance for the assessment of conformity of materials, products, and assemblies in accordance with the applicable part(s) of ISO 15877 intended to be included in the manufacturer’s quality plan as part of the quality management system and for the establishment of  certification procedures.
In conjunction with the other parts of ISO 15877 (see Foreword), this Technical Specification (International Standard) is applicable to Chlorinated poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-C) piping systems intended to be used for hot and cold water installations within buildings for the conveyance of water, whether or not intended for human consumption (domestic systems) and for heating systems, under design pressures and temperatures appropriate to the class of application (see Table 1 of ISO 15877-1:2009).

Dieses Dokument enthält Anforderungen und Empfehlungen für die Beurteilung der Konformität von Werkstoffen, Produkten und Bauteilkombinationen, die, in Übereinstimmung mit den/dem entsprechenden Teil(en) von ISO 15877, als Teil des Qualitätsmanagementsystems im Qualitätssicherungsplan des Herstellers und für die Erstellung von Zertifizierungsverfahren vorgesehen sind.
ANMERKUNG   Als Hilfe für den Leser enthält Anhang A eine grundlegende Prüfmatrix.
Zusammen mit den übrigen Teilen von ISO 15877 (siehe Vorwort) gilt dieses Dokument für Rohrleitungssysteme aus chloriertem Polyvinylchlorid (PVC C), die in der Warm- und Kaltwasserinstallation innerhalb von Gebäuden für die Durchleitung von Trink- oder Brauchwasser (Hausinstallation) sowie für Heizungsanlagen unter Berücksichtigung des betreffenden Systembetriebsdruckes und der für die jeweilige Anwendungsklasse geltenden Temperaturen (siehe ISO 15877 1:2009, Tabelle 1) eingesetzt werden.

Ta del standarda ISO 15877 vsebuje navodila za ugotavljanje skladnosti materialov, izdelkov in sestavov z ustreznimi deli standarda ISO 15877, ki naj bi se vključila v poslovnik kakovosti proizvajalca kot del sistema vodenja kakovosti, vsebuje pa tudi navodila za vzpostavitev postopka certificiranja. Ta tehnična specifikacija (mednarodni standard) se v povezavi z drugimi deli standarda ISO 15877 (glej predgovor) uporablja za cevne sisteme iz kloriranega polivinilklorida (PVC-C), ki se uporabljajo za napeljave z vročo in hladno vodo za prenos pitne in nepitne vode v stavbah (gospodinjski sistemi), ter za sisteme ogrevanja glede na predvidene tlake in temperature v skladu z razredom uporabe (glej tabelo 1 v standardu ISO 15877-1:2009).

This Technical Specification (CEN/TS) was approved by CEN on 29 October 2018 for provisional application.

The period of validity of this CEN/TS is limited initially to three years. After two years the members of CEN will be requested to
submit their comments, particularly on the question whether the CEN/TS can be converted into a European Standard.

CEN members are required to announce the existence of this CEN/TS in the same way as for an EN and to make the CEN/TS
available promptly at national level in an appropriate form. It is permissible to keep conflicting national standards in force (in
parallel to the CEN/TS) until the final decision about the possible conversion of the CEN/TS into an EN is reached.
