Steels and nickel alloys for fasteners with specified elevated and/or low temperature properties
This European Standard specifies requirements for semi-finished products, bars and rods for fasteners with properties specified at elevated and/or low temperatures made of non-alloy and alloy (including stainless) steels and nickel alloys as given in Table 1.
The requirements of this standard may be applied also to the finished fasteners.
The general technical delivery conditions in EN 10021 also apply to products supplied in accordance with this European Standard.
NOTE Once this European Standard is published in the EU Official Journal (OJEU) under Directive 97/23/EC, presumption of conformity to the Essential Safety Requirements (ESRs) of Directive 97/23/EC is limited to technical data of materials in this European Standard and does not presume adequacy of the material to a specific item of equipment. Consequently, the assessment of the technical data stated in this material standard against the design requirements of this specific item of equipment to verify that the ESRs of Directive 97/23/EC are satisfied, needs to be done.
Stähle und Nickellegierungen für Befestigungselemente für den Einsatz bei erhöhten und/oder tiefen Temperaturen
Diese Europäische Norm legt die Anforderungen an Halbzeug, Stäbe und Draht für Befestigungselemente für den Einsatz bei erhöhten und/oder tiefen Temperaturen aus unlegier¬ten und legierten (einschließlich nichtrostenden) Stählen und Nickellegierungen nach Tabelle 1 fest.
Die Anforderungen dieser Norm können auch für Befestigungselemente als Fertigprodukt angewendet werden.
Bei Lieferungen nach dieser Europäischen Norm gelten ebenfalls die allgemeinen technischen Lieferbedingungen nach EN 10021.
ANMERKUNG Nach Veröffentlichung dieser Norm im EU-Amtsblatt (OJEU) unter der Richtlinie 97/23/EG ist die Annahme ihrer Konformität mit den grundlegenden Anforderungen (ESR) der Richtlinie 97/23/EG auf die technischen Daten von Werkstoffen in dieser Europäischen Norm beschränkt, und es darf nicht angenommen werden, dass damit die Eignung des Werkstoffs für ein bestimmtes Ausrüstungsteil festgestellt ist. Folglich müssen die in dieser Werkstoffnorm angegebenen technischen Parameter im Hinblick auf die konstruktiven Anforderungen dieses bestimmten Ausrüstungsteils ermittelt werden, um damit zu verifizieren, dass den ESR der Richtlinie 97/23/EG entsprochen wird

La présente norme européenne prescrit les exigences relatives aux billettes, aux barres et fils machine pour
éléments de fixation utilisés à températures élevées et/ou à basses températures en aciers alliés (y compris
inoxydables) ou non alliés, et en alliages base nickel, comme indiqué au tableau 1.
Les exigences de la présente norme peuvent aussi s’appliquer aux éléments de fixations dans leur état final.
Les conditions générales techniques de livraison de l'EN 10021 s'appliquent également aux produits fournis
conformément à la présente norme européenne.

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve za polizdelke, palice in drogove za pritrdilne elemente z lastnostmi, določenimi pri povišanih in/ali nizkih temperaturah, izdelane iz nelegiranega in legiranega jekla (vključno z nerjavnim jeklom) in nikljevih zlitin, kot je navedeno v preglednici 1. Zahteve tega standarda se lahko uporablja tudi za končne pritrdilne elemente. Splošni tehnični dobavni pogoji po EN 10021 se uporabljajo tudi za proizvode, dobavljene v skladu s tem evropskim standardom.
