Multilayer piping systems for hot and cold water installations inside buildings - Part 7: Guidance for the assessment of conformity (ISO/TS 21003-7:2019)

This document gives requirements and guidance for the assessment of conformity of compounds, products, and assemblies in accordance with the applicable part(s) of ISO 21003 intended to be included in the manufacturer's quality plan as part of the quality management system and for the establishment of certification procedures.
In conjunction with the other parts of ISO 21003 (see Foreword), this document is applicable to multilayer piping systems intended to be used for hot and cold water installations within buildings for the conveyance of water, whether or not intended for human consumption (domestic systems) and for heating systems, under design pressures and temperatures appropriate to the class of application (see ISO 21003-1:2008, Table 1).

Dieses Dokument enthält Anforderungen und Empfehlungen für die Beurteilung der Konformität von Formmassen, Produkten und Bauteilkombinationen, die, in Übereinstimmung mit den/dem entsprechenden Teil(en) von ISO 21003, als Teil des Qualitätsmanagementsystems im Qualitätssicherungsplan des Herstellers und für die Erstellung von Zertifizierungsverfahren vorgesehen sind.
Zusammen mit den übrigen Teilen von ISO 21003 (siehe Vorwort) gilt dieses Dokument für Mehrschichtverbund-Rohrleitungssysteme, die in der Warm  und Kaltwasserinstallation innerhalb von Gebäuden für die Durchleitung von Trink  oder Brauchwasser (Hausinstallation) sowie für Heizungsanlagen unter Berücksichtigung des betreffenden Systembetriebsdrucks und der für die jeweilige Anwendungs¬klasse geltenden Temperaturen (siehe ISO 21003 1:2008, Tabelle 1) eingesetzt werden.

Ta dokument vsebuje priporočila in navodila za ugotavljanje skladnosti zmesi, izdelkov in sestavov z ustreznimi deli standarda ISO 21003, ki naj bi se vključila v poslovnik kakovosti proizvajalca kot del sistema vodenja kakovosti, vsebuje pa tudi navodila za vzpostavitev postopka certificiranja.
Ta dokument se v povezavi z drugimi deli standarda ISO 21003 (glej predgovor) uporablja za večslojne cevne sisteme v napeljavah z vročo in hladno vodo za prenos pitne in nepitne vode v stavbah (gospodinjski sistemi) ter za sisteme ogrevanja glede na predvidene tlake in temperature, ki ustrezajo razredu uporabe (glej standard ISO 21003-1:2008, preglednica 1).

This Technical Specification (CEN/TS) was approved by CEN on 28 March 2019 for provisional application.

The period of validity of this CEN/TS is limited initially to three years. After two years the members of CEN will be requested to
submit their comments, particularly on the question whether the CEN/TS can be converted into a European Standard.

CEN members are required to announce the existence of this CEN/TS in the same way as for an EN and to make the CEN/TS
available promptly at national level in an appropriate form. It is permissible to keep conflicting national standards in force (in
parallel to the CEN/TS) until the final decision about the possible conversion of the CEN/TS into an EN is reached.

"Plastics pipes, fittings and valves for the transport of fluids" in collaboration with Technical Committee
CEN/TC 155 “Plastics piping systems and ducting systems” the secretariat of which is held by NEN.
